Swim by Sav started in Barbados in 2021 from a love of making things, a sewing machine in my bedroom, and the belief that swimwear could feel a little more special.

I wanted to create pieces that were comfortable, flattering and fun to wear, but also had a point of view. Something feminine, colourful and a little unexpected. Something that made you excited to put it on.

Not long after our first launch, I stepped away from the brand to study Fashion Design at SCAD. That time gave me the chance to grow creatively, refine my skills and understand what I wanted Swim by Sav to become.

Coming back to the brand now feels different. The vision is clearer, the designs feel more intentional, and the Caribbean is at the heart of it all. The colour, the humour, the beauty, the little quirks, the everyday moments and the feeling of being surrounded by summer all find their way into what we create.

Our prints often begin as hand-drawn artwork, paired with feminine silhouettes, comfortable fits and thoughtful details that give each piece its own character.

More than anything, Swim by Sav is about how you feel when you wear it. Comfortable. Beautiful. Confident. A little playful. Completely yourself.
