Swim by Sav began in Barbados in 2021 with a simple idea: swimwear should be fun.

Long before Swim By Sav became a brand, it started in my bedroom with a sewing machine, sketchbooks, trial and error and a passion for creating swimwear that felt original. Every piece I made taught me something new, and with each design I grew more confident in my craft. Those early days shaped the creativity, persistence, and attention to detail that continue to define the brand today.

What began as a creative idea quickly became something I cared deeply about, but shortly after our very first launch, I made the decision to pause the brand and pursue a degree in Fashion Design at SCAD. Over the next few years, I refined my skills, explored new ideas, and discovered a stronger sense of who I am as a designer. In many ways, Swim by Sav grew alongside me.

Today, Swim by Sav returns with a renewed sense of purpose and a clearer vision than ever before. Inspired by the culture, beauty, and everyday moments that make the Caribbean home, each collection is thoughtfully designed to celebrate self-expression through original prints, feminine silhouettes, and meaningful details. Many of our prints begin as original artwork, allowing us to create pieces that feel unique, personal, and true to the brand.

At its heart, Swim by Sav is about creating swimwear that brings a little more joy to getting dressed.
My hope is that each piece becomes part of your favorite memories, whether you're spending the day by the sea, traveling somewhere new, or celebrating life's little moments. I also believe there is something special about supporting small, independent brands built on personal stories, original ideas, and thoughtful design. Thank you for being part of ours.
